Greatly enjoyed this ideal accommodation with well-trained staff from check-in to check-out. The room was brand-new and reasonably sized, and with a fantastic view of the castle and mountains. I had a refrigerator and a microwave oven. Comfortable and easy location short walk to xmas market, I felt safe.

My room was exceptionally large and luxurious with filtered water, had safe for safety measures.

It was in a perfect and so excellent location close to a bus station. The hotel was located close to a museum and a cathedral. I had fine food for breakfast with over cooked bacon.

Had a very good stay during Christmas holiday, no reason to complain. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice: a shopping mall and a main shopping street were within walking distance. It also provided lots of restaurants and cafés.

Great and lovely location in the centre of town and easy access to a shopping street and a market. Bright room and exceptionally large with filtered water. Satisfactory breakfast for vegetarians, really good staff.

The room was a nice size with a full kitchen, I stayed here for 2 nights. A living area, a lounge, and a kettle were great.

The staff was polite, provided EXCELLENT services and helped with public parking. The hotel's location was marvellous and lovely to a grocery store.

The service was very good, I had 2 good nights here. The breakfast was lovely and cereals, pastries, and slices of fresh bread were savoury. This accommodation had a central setting near bus stop.

By and large, it was comfortable and relaxing place with welcoming staff from check-in to check-out.

Contemporary and airy units available with the bathroom and AC. Good parking and lovely breakfast for vegetarians. The best, convenient location to many other key areas such as Grassmarket.

Stayed at Residence Inn with my family and small kids for a few nights. The kitchen facilities were perfect for our needs, and having laundry facilities on-site was a huge bonus. It truly felt like a home away from home. The spacious room, comfortable bed, and incredible shower added to our enjoyment. The staff were very helpful and the included breakfasts were delicious. a great place to stay with family.

Clean hotel in a pretty building close enough to all locations for the fringe and main tourist attractions and the old town. Neat rooms complete with kitchen and 2 double beds plus a bath, accommodating staff.
